Undesigned4
“Undesigned for” workshop is focused on things (artifacts and controllers) we don’t usually adopt as play objects but we often use for interacting with our surrounding. Through this ws, we propose a redesign method based on game-play for training participants to jump over well-know patterns of thought and generate innovative interfaces.
In this perspective the workshop suggests a subversive design operation combining creativity, fun and design. Designers and researchers will be invited on removing boundaries and thinking without fixed models, technical constraints and speculative design solutions. What happens when I push the red button beside a fountain?
