Digital urban living
Climat on the Wall is an interactive generator of climate statements produced by Digital Urban Living in collaboration with CAVI, the Centre for Advanced Visualization and Interaction at Aarhus University. They focus on lots of different issues concerning the integration of new technology in the urban sphere.
Climate on the Wall uses camera tracking at the sidewalk in front of the building to track when there is movement. Projectors display different words associated with climate and by using the camera tracking, by passers can now interact with the words and create sentences to show statements about the climate. A fun and social way to make people aware of the clime, and have everyone taking responsibility. Performed during the climate conference Beyond Kyoto (Aarhus – Dk).
